Florida drivers whose licenses are suspended for nonpayment are getting some assistance.
"Operation Green Light" is underway this week at several county clerks of court offices in the state.
They're waiving the 25 percent collection agency fee for anyone who pays their overdue fines in full in order to get their license reinstated.
Among the counties currently offering the incentive are Broward, Martin, Palm Beach and Osceola.
"Operation Green Light" is a statewide event, but different counties offer it on different dates.
