Alex Warren and ROSÉ are sharing what they really think in their new collaboration.
The "Ordinary" singer joined forces with the BLACKPINK member for their new song "On My Mind," which dropped Friday (June 27). The yearning track, which will feature on Warren's upcoming debut album You'll Be Alright, Kid, out July 18, sees each singer expressing their hidden feelings for the other.
"Hidden underneath the floor in the attic of my dreams, there's somebody I adore. I could smile, I could lie, say I never think about you at all, most of the time," Warren sings in his verse, while ROSÉ later responds, "Doors will open, doors will close. In the basement of my dreams, there's somebody I know. Yeah, I'm a fool, don't be surprised, I don't ever think about you at all."
They come together for the bridge, both singing how "our love was what it had to be, you showed up like you're still attached to me. Our love was what it had to be."
An accompanying music video also put their longing on display, with both Warren and ROSÉ singing their real thoughts as doll houses stored away contain memories of the other.
