Pembroke Pines, FL - A Pembroke Pines road crew quickly corrected a misspelled "school" zone marking after residents spotted the typo last week.
Drivers were met with a surprising sight on Thursday when a misspelled "school" zone marking appeared on Johnson Street near 200th Avenue in Pembroke Pines.
Residents spotted the typo, which read "S-C-O-H-O-L," and alerted authorities.
The mistake caused no accidents and crews were back out within hours to fix the lettering.
